As mediator I help you to hear, what want's to be heard. There can be many different reasons, why a message doesn't come through. As neutral outsider it's easier to listen, hear and translate the message to words, that both sides can hear. After that you'll find a more relaxed situation and a larger field of possible solutions where both parties are satisfied.
