Who is Hugo A. Roele
There are many things, that made me who I am:
- I'm a human being, man and father
- I used to build huts
- I'm Doctorandus in 'Public Administration and Policy'
- I’m the grandson of a former resistance fighter
- I'm the father of a child, that died too young
- I like challenges
- I like to enjoy life intensely
My personal background has brought me compassion with people and the eye for the human side of every story. My technical background helps to find practical solutions and results. Public Administration and Policy has given me knowledge on a wide variety of subjects and has thought me to think abstract next to the practical. These different backgrounds and a wide variety of instruments and methods I bring to my work as a human being, as consultant, as trainer, as coach and as mediator.
